I'm sure all of you are wondering where I have been…..I have practically no fans I realize this.
for the people who are my fans I expect you'd like me to come back to the blogging world strong and thoughtful. You would probably like me to say something like I went on some spiritual journey with monks and that I'm ready to start writing my long convoluted novels on here again.
well unfortunately I haven't and there is only one good explanation to why I haven't posted lately.
laziness.
My school and work schedule killed me last year but I can honestly say that I am proud I finished 2013.
I joined a fraternity. (Phi Mu Alpha. Pi Xi chapter at Lee University)
I found love. (kidding)
I discovered what I want to major in. (communications with an emphasis in advertising)
and I may have found a small new hobby I might try out that I will explain at the end of this post.
If you're familiar with the layout of my usual blogs you're probably expecting a topic and a rambling rant. Quite frankly I'm a little tired of that set up……quite frankly? What am I? British?…something new I would like to try out is maybe more encouraging and laid back kind of blogs? Maybe some funny stories or talk about movies?……scratch that. it will only lead to rambling.
GET TO THE TOPIC TREVOR, okay calm down here is goes.
Todays topic:
awkwardness.
It's something I get called when I hang out with a large group of people almost every time. "The King of Awkward" is what some people have called me. Do I get a cool crown for it? nope. just a couple of silent stairs and maybe even a small chuckle with a dead look. This is not me talking down upon myself , this is me somewhat complimenting myself. I mean there's gotta be that one guy in the group who's not as good at making the perfect flowing conversation. There's gotta be that guy who seems to always never has a date with him. It's just life right? I'm the guy on the end who waves at the best friend on the other end at the beginning of the event and then awkwardly tries to make conversation with the other people in the group……at least I hope that scenario made sense….
didn't really want to say much on this post. Just kind of wanted to say I'm coming back to the blog world again.
Oh yea and that new hobby I was going to mention. Possibly write and produce short films! I want to get a crew together and make amazing films. It's a lot of work but I think I could eventually pull it off if everything works out as it is in my head.
